Çanakcilar Seramik - Creavit brand and Gaiotto: solid trust

Third robotized glazing line started up by Turkish firm

Çanakcilar Seramik (operating under the brand name Creavit), a Turkish sanitaryware producer based in the province of Zonguldak, has chosen a Sacmi Group robotized glazing line for the third time in three years.

The glazing department has, in fact, been boosted by the addition of a line with GA 2000 glazing robot that feature self-learn programming and integrated Mass Control System for optimisation of glaze delivery.

Reliable, accurate and efficient, the GA 2000 robot guarantees consistently high finished product quality, together with a reduction in glaze waste thanks to dry-filtration recovery, thus providing a "greener", more ergonomic production cycle that results in improved working conditions for personnel and good cost containment.

This project provides yet further proof of just how satisfied Creavit is with the results provided by Gaiotto plants.
