Çanakcilar Seramik and Sacmi strengthen their partnership

Second Gaiotto glazing system now installed

Exactly one year after successfully testing the first glazing line, a second ‘sister’ line, again from Gaiotto, has become operational at the plant in Gökçebey belonging to Turkish company Çanakcilar Seramik.

The purchase of this second line, of course, stems from the user’s complete satisfaction with the advanced technology based on the GA 2000 robot (with self-learning programming), on the new integrated Mass Control system (already with the interface in Turkish) that optimises glaze delivery and on the sprayed glaze total recovery system with dry filters

Thanks to its outstanding precision and repeatability the Gaiotto glazing robot makes an essential contribution to the quality of finished Çanakcilar Seramik products sold under the Creavit brand name, which this emerging Turkish manufacturer of vitreous china and fine fire-clay sanitaryware exports to an ever-growing number of countries.
