A Leader in Africa Looks towards Europe

Facing new challenges for quality and efficiency with South African company, Betta Sanitaryware

With an increased production capacity of 1 million 800 units per year and continual R&D in order to improve production and increase the product range, Betta Sanitaryware, part of the Ceramic Industries Group, has consolidated its role as the major producer of sanitaryware in the whole of southern and central Africa. By using avant-garde machinery the company continues to ensure the high quality and efficiency of their products.

The company's most recent investment has been the installation of a kit for the production of stick-on rim WCs, onto an AVE 040 high pressure casting machine. The South African firm has also designed around ten new models made with high pressure resin molds.

The larger product range includes not only the more widely sold products but also more sophisticated models and European designs. The aim, in fact, is not only to consolidate the company's market share in Africa but also to improve sales on the European market. From this point of view, an agreement with a leading European group will help raise awareness of the quality of Betta Sanitaryware's products and to improve their company image.
