SACMI took part in the annual appointment of the PMAI (Powder Metallurgy Association of India), which organized the annual International Trade Fair and Conference in collaboration with the APMA (Asian Powder Metallurgy Association), an association that counts among its members the main Asian PM associations (India, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Thailand).
The conference, which took place from February 19 to 21 in Pune, touched on all the main PM topics, thanks to the intervention of the main experts in the sector who presented in detail the state of the powder metal industry in Asia and in rest of the world.
The Indian automotive industry (main outlet of sintered components produced in India) is growing, despite the latest regulations introduced by the Indian government as regards emissions and the trend towards vehicles electrification.
SACMI at its stand welcomed all the major manufacturers presenting its latest developments in the field of PM, including the last two presses developed: the MPH80 and MPH120 models.
In India, in the last year, SACMI installed two new presses, bringing to 5 the number of machines installed for the PM.
The wide range of MPH presses guarantees to all customers an optimal solution for the most various requirements, thanks to the flexibility and the performance of the machines, result of the continuous development work by the company close-knit technical team.
The innovations are the result of the experience that SACMI gained in 100 years of activity as supplier of industrial machinery, making use of the synergies of the many companies in the group in their various fields of specialization, and supported by a worldwide network of after-sales service centers.
