Beverage production chain, Sacmi total quality to be showcased in Teheran

Full plant engineering range and latest technological developments for the industry to play starring role at the 22nd edition of the International Agricultural Trade Fair (26-29 May 2015)

With over thirty years’ experience in the beverage production chain, Sacmi offers a comprehensive range of integrated solutions for beverage production, a range that has, over the last few months, been improved even further thanks to significant new developments in terms of product innovation, process automation and energy saving. Needless to say, then, Sacmi will be heading for Teheran for the 22nd edition of the International Agricultural Trade Fair (26-29 May 2015).

Dedicated to agriculture and fresh product processing technologies, this international exhibition will be hosting a special section focusing on the processing industry: here, Sacmi will play a key role with a 30 m2 stand (hall 38, stand 38.01.10) where visitors can take a close look at the all-round plant engineering solutions developed by the Group’s Packaging-Beverage Division.

One of the world’s few companies able to operate as a leader across several businesses and with multiple technologies, Sacmi stands out on account of its comprehensive plant engineering range for the beverage production chain which, in addition to solutions for the manufacture of containers and preforms, includes technologies for stretch-blow moulding, filling and labelling; the range also comprises end-of-line solutions and, of course, machines and complete plants for the manufacture of closures.

Total quality on preform-cap-bottle lines is ensured by Sacmi-developed vision systems, used for both quality control directly on the line and in the lab testing of cap and bottle seal performance.

This essential ‘added value’ comes from the Sacmi Beverage R&D Center, which provides invaluable services to the numerous companies of the Sacmi Group and their customers; moreover, this advanced research facility is certified by the industry’s top global players.

The Sacmi solutions range, then, is a truly all-round one and the upcoming fair in Tehran offers us a strategic opportunity to strengthen our presence on Middle Eastern and Asian markets, thanks also to the Group’s far-reaching sales organisation which provides customers with close support right from the design stage and is therefore able to provide prompt technical assistance and an efficient spare parts service throughout the working life of the plant.

Since 2006 the Group has been doing business on the Iranian market through Sacmi Iran, giving local producers solid support they can rely on; Sacmi Iran personnel will be at the disposal of visitors to the Tehran fair, as will the Group’s sales team, allowing customers old and new to explore the Sacmi Group’s "planet beverage” in depth.
