Customer satisfaction by Sacmi

Sacmi’s Customer Satisfaction survey, carried out by a key market research body, has now been completed.

The Customer Satisfaction survey - commissioned by Sacmi from a specialist market research body in order to measure perceived product and service quality and thus customer satisfaction levels - has now been completed. The survey also aimed to collect all those observations, criticisms and suggestions that would prove useful in the constant upgrading of products and services supplied. The survey questionnaire was sent out to sample Sacmi customers in all the company’s business areas, all over the world. These companies were carefully selected to provide as realistic a picture of the overall Sacmi market as possible. Results showed the level of customer-perceived quality as regards Sacmi-supplied products and services to be excellent, yet they also highlighted areas where things can be improved. Analysis of survey findings and final results have already allowed Sacmi to begin a process that will lead to the introduction of corrective measures in these critical areas, thus improving customer satisfaction even further.
