New packaging machine

The new automated packaging machine Everypack integrates wrapping and covering on the same machine.
With respect to the previous versions, in which two machines were substantially joined together, this is a single, multi-function packing machine providing greater compactness and accessibility to the areas in which the package is closed.
The two different types of packing are realised by positioning the box in two different ways with respect to the pile, while stock, box collection, glue-application, pile inserter and  boxes forming area are in common.
With this new solution, the occupied space is contained and the pile feeding area is more accessible and maintenance is reduced since the number of moving parts is limited.
Finally, this new packaging system allows increasing performances and can achieve a productivity of 8 boxes per minute (30 x 30 size).
