H.P.S. and the skills of two companies in one

With rationalisation of business come more effective, efficient services!

On 15.03.2010 definitive Corporate Articles were drawn up to make the incorporation of Sinergia SpA in H.P.S. SpA effective as from 01.04.2010.

This merger is part of as wider reorganisation process taking part within the SACMI IMOLA S.C. Group, a process aimed at concentrating and integrating synergic services within a single company so as to support business development and operative efficiency enhancement in the intercompany services field.

Sinergia’s specific competences - such as Administration, Group Management Control, Business Intelligence and Organization - thus complete and complement the range of activities carried out for Group companies by HPS: IT Systems, Corporate Business, Legal Aspects, Tax and Treasury.

This reorganisation will reduce management costs, allow greater rationalisation of the Group’s organisation and lead to more efficient employment of human resources.
