Kasalong invests in SAMA isostatic pressing

Thai company increases its output capacity

Kasalong Ceramics, a major manufacturer of ceramic tableware, has just renewed its production plant by purchasing a complete isostatic pressing line by Sama, the Sacmi Group company that specialises in supplying technological solutions to the industry.

As a result this Thai company – which has been exporting goods to the USA and Europe since 1985 – has considerably extended its capacity to penetrate foreign markets. Forming an integral part of this order were several machines from the LPP 1S-38 dry powder pressing range for the manufacture of round and non-round tableware items (i.e. plates, bowls and other kitchen articles).

Kasalong’s goal is to boost overseas expansion even further via its increased output capacity and, more generally, through its ability to provide outstanding quality at competitive costs by seeking out energy-saving and space-saving plant solutions.
