Kiln check-up with Riedhammer

“Sometimes it is the little things that lead to big advantages” is the slogan adopted by Sacmi Group company Riedhammer to promote its new service

A new proposal from Riedhammer, the Sacmi Group company which is international leader in the design, production and sale of kilns for the ceramics and sanitaryware sectors, offers customers the chance to have a full check-up of their firing departments carried out by kiln experts.

The Riedhammer specialized team will make an on-site visit to the customer’s factory after which it will submit a detailed proposal on how to modernize and increase the efficiency of the existing plant. This will include an assessment of the possibility to introduce systems for the reduction of energy consumption, starting from heat recovery solutions.

“Sometimes it is the little things that lead to big advantages”. This the concept behind Riedhammer’s new service which also includes the writing up of a detailed report on the maintenance requirements of the plants assessed by the German company’s team.

With this new service Riedhammer, which is also developing projects for the electronics and steel industry in addition to its traditional sectors of sanitaryware and ceramics, demonstrates its ability to respond effectively to market requirements even during such a period of difficulty for European manufacturing in general. Specifically addressing customer needs in this way, by offering consultancy and carefully-targeted solutions, may in the long run motivate and influence potential investment choices by the customers.
