Kutayha Seramik boosts output potential with Sacmi

Turkish producer to be supplied with three new PH2090 presses and three EVA792 driers

This coming July will see new Sacmi-supplied production plants become operative at the Kutayha Seramik plant, thus boosting the production capacity of existing lines, also built by SACMI.
This Turkish ceramic producer ( belongs to the Kutahya Porselen Group, Turkey’s oldest and most renowned tableware manufacturer. So as to expand operations Kutayha Seramik has decided to renew its production facilities for the manufacture of single-fire floor tile. The old presses will be replaced by three new PH2090 models and relative EVA792 driers.
Thanks to these new lines, Kutayha Seramik will shortly achieve an annual tile output of 16 million square metres. The Kutayha Seramik sales network currently covers five continents. Exports account for 45 per cent of output, the most important markets being the United States, Canada, Germany, England and Australia.
