Negri Bossi, positive trend to continue into 2005

Total sales expected to rise by around 5% with improved Ebitda: data released at “2004 Star&TechStar Company Results”

Current forecasts show that 2005 will be another positive year for Negri Bossi with total sales rising by around 5 percent and gross operating margin steadily improving.
This data was released in Milan during the "2004 Star & TechStar Company Results" road show organized by the Italian Stock Market, an occasion for Italian mid small cap with excellent requisites to meet institutional investors.
“The higher sales and wider margins forecast for 2005”, said Giulio Cicognani, President and Managing Director of Negri Bossi, “underline the success of the 2003 reorganisation plan, which, already in 2004, succeeded in generating results”. In 2005 sales are expected to increase by 5% with respect to the €116.7 million of the previous financial year and Ebitda of is expected to be an improvement on the € 6.6 million of 2004. “This heightened efficiency derives not only from reorganisation of the new Negri Bossi group companies, “adds Cicognani, “but also integration of activities and attainment of important economies of scale thanks to unification of some of the Negri Bossi and key Sacmi Group production cycles”.
