New AVB for wall-hung WCs. Automation and simplicity combined in a single machine.

AVB casting module installed at CERSANIT KRASNYSTAW (POLAND)

SACMI recently commissioned an AVB casting module for the production of 7 wall-mounted open-rim WCs at the Krasnystaw plant belonging to Polish group CERSANIT.

The AVB casting module is characterised by its outstanding capacity to produce different types of ceramic sanitaryware simultaneously, namely: wall-hung WCs, floor-mounted WCs, washbasins, tanks, pedestals and lids.
Thanks to the excellent flexibility of the AVB casting module, manufacturers can meet both high output requirement and personalise the installed mould mix according to the specific production needs of the moment.

Like all SACMI’s other single and multi-mould high pressure casting machines, the AVB module is built according to the most modern standards and designed to meet all the producer’s safety and reliability requirements while maintaining the excellent quality that one has come to expect from our Group.

The module can be equipped with a robotized de-moulding and piece deposit system to which various options can be added such as the pre-dryer, robotized finishing and automated piece handling equipment.

In this way, the already extensive range of high pressure sanitaryware casting machines proposed by SACMI has now been enhanced even further, with this latest AVB module, designed to meet the highly complex output requirements that today’s sanitaryware industry demands.
