New production plant for Carthago

Single-firing output continues to expand

Carthago has now strengthened its leadership position in Tunisia even further with a machinery purchase that will double single-firing floor tile output and boost overall production to 31,000 m²/day. Once again Carthago has selected Sacmi on account of the quality of its materials and its fast-response customer service. This latest order consists of an ATM140, 2 PH 2590 presses, 2 ETP driers and 1 kiln. Here at Sacmi we feel that Carthago deserves special praise: in just over three years it has gone from being an enterprise producing 6000 m²/day to an important top-flight ceramics company.
