OSRAM to use the Moduline Robot integrated box forming system from INPAK IMOLA SRL to box lamp sockets.

Moduline is a complete cardboard boxing system which can be installed in restricted spaces. It packages products in American-style boxes and includes four main units: - product infeed system with automatic formation of the batch to be loaded, - assembly to pick up the product, erect the box and arrange it under the handling robot, - handling robot to fill the box with product vertically, - taping unit to close the top and bottom of the box. The product is handled by a special pick-up head which can load the lamp sockets layer by layer inserting cardboard dividers between each of them.
