On line sales and assistance continues to expand

More and more customers are using e-services and e-support for their B2B needs

The proportion of business Sacmi does on line continues to grow. Nearly two years after activation of the Group’s e-services, our customers continue to express high levels of satisfaction. They see internet as a valuable, effective tool for their business to business needs. Over recent months the number of companies that have contacted Sacmi via the web to purchase spare parts, request assistance, consult manuals or catalogues and check current warehouse stocks has risen considerably. The number of customers registered (with user name and password) to use the eSupport system that allows real-time dialogue with a Sacmi technician, or consultation of F.A.Q., has also increased.
The Group sees the web as highly strategic: among Sacmi’s latest initiatives is the Sacmi Russia website, recently activated in Russian language form.
