QIK: 3-Wheel drive system

The machine production capacity can reach up to 8 cycles/minute

The Qik palletiser features an innovative three-wheel handling system on a ground rail, which always guarantees a safe hold of the motorised wheels.
The frame is a unique tubular structure designed to offer maximum rigidness and able to handle loads up to 150 kg. A brushless motorisation on this palletiser has been provided for bringing the machine production capacity up to 8 cycles/minute. The pneumatic balance has been eliminated from the vertical axle, simplifying adjustments and maintenance on the machine.
All movements are managed by interpolated movement control for smooth and extremely efficient paths.
The system is based on the use of a fieldbus, resulting in the reduction of all problems concerning the transmission of power and signals to the moving car.
A new, self-centring grappler arm lift is assembled on the machine for packages and pallets.
The entire system is enriched by a masterly design making this palletiser one-of-a-kind.
