SACMI at Wuxi (China)

More than 200 people interested in the SACMI topics

On 28th October 2001 Sacmi attended a symposium in Wuxi (near Shanghai) –Cina-, having the development and innovation of crown caps as subject. This meeting has been organised by Chinese Association of the category, and all the companies involved in the production and marketing of crown caps participated to it. Being the first reporting Company, Sacmi had an important role in the conference, and made the audience, 200 people, be extremely interested in the topics displayed by Mr. Alfredo Mancini and Mr. Bruno Bugani. In particular the attention of the listeners was turned to our presses for the production of crown corks (machine model PTC027), and to the materials used for the liners (PVC and PVC-free). At the end, new market trends have been analysed, for example crown caps for PET bottles. The audience also questioned our reporters, thus stressing the important role Sacmi has in China.
