One of Sacmi’s key missions has always been to remain at its customer’s side, to build the partnership and teamwork that, on the one hand, lets Sacmi understand the customer’s needs and wants and, on the other, puts the customer in a position to receive constant updates on the choices and projects being implemented by the Group.
As part of this approach, then, on Thursday 31st March and Friday 1st April 2011 an “open house” event was held, involving the Closures and Beverage divisions of Sacmi Imola, the subsidiary Sacmi Packaging and relative customers from C.I.S. areas (the countries of the former Soviet Union).
The Sacmi Imola assembly hall hosted an initial meeting to provide in-depth information; this was opened with a personal welcome and introduction by Sacmi’s CEO, Pietro Cassani.
The subsequent presentations, given by the managers of the relative Divisions and Area Managers, touched on topics concerning both markets and technology, arousing the participants’ keen interest and providing constructive food for thought in the following debates.
To conclude the event visits to the production plants and R&D facilities of Sacmi Imola, Sacmi Packaging, Sacmi Filling and Sacmi Verona were organised.
