Sacmi Iran, leader in after-sales service

Located just outside Teheran to provide key services to Iranian ceramic producers

Sacmi has always seen after-sales service as an essential factor in maintaining good business relations and establishing a rapport of trust with the customer. Given this approach - and the growing number and importance of Iranian tile producers who choose Sacmi as an industrial partner - the Group has decided to invest in a stable presence in this Asian country.

On 31st July Sacmi Imola became a key shareholder of Sazeh Ceramic and Material Co., immediately establishing a spare parts warehouse and a technical assistance centre there. Sacmi Iran - the name of the new company - aims to bring the Sacmi Group even closer to its customers by supplying both materials and required technical assistance: a key step towards further penetration of the important Iranian market.

Sacmi Iran is located just outside Teheran close to one of the main communication arteries: it houses a large spare parts warehouse managed by qualified, highly experienced personnel. In just a few months a team of professional technicians will become operative; their initial task will be to set up the customer assistance department, at the service of ceramists to provide convincing answers to every kind of problem or need.
