Sacmi Whiteware purchases assets of Thuringia Netzsch

Press release

This press release refers to the article entitled “Sacmi Whiteware purchases assets of Thuringia Netzsch” (which appeared also in some magazines) and to the press release “Sama Maschinenbau GmbH takes over the activities of the former Thuringia Netzsch”appeared on our Web site. In particular we refer to the phrase “new Sama Thuringia Netzsch set-up”. Following enquiries by third parties and in order to avoid any misunderstanding or misinterpretation as to Sama’s current reality and its future intentions, we would like to clarify that the phrase “new Sama Thuringia Netzsch set-up” was only aimed at describing the incorporation of former Thuringia Netzsch assets into Sama following the bankruptcy of Thuringia Netzsch and purchase of its assets by Sama. Sama did not purchase the Thuringia Netzsch trademark and it has no intention of using the Thuringia Netzsch trademark. We hope that this communication has clarified the situation vis-à-vis any and all third parties.
