Sacmi creates the “universal” kiln

Sacmi Modular Line (SML): easily personalised, efficient, outstanding performance

Many kilns in one – with the possibility of personalising one’s plant engineering solution to suit changes in output requirements. This is the Sacmi Modular Line (SML), not just an innovative single-layer tile kiln but a whole new firing system concept.

SML is, in fact, a modular machine that can, depending on the chosen configuration, form any single-layer kiln model (FMP, XXL, EKO etc.). And that’s not all: by choosing the SML kiln, the producer can change not only kiln intake width, length and insert trims etc – all without having to waste material and with extremely short downtimes – but also switch from traditional to EKO firing technology without having to change the entire plant.

Sacmi SML, like the entire Sacmi industrial kiln range, incorporates all the most modern energy saving, thermal efficiency and environmental safeguard solutions. A machine, then, that stands out on account of its high performance, excellent thermal efficiency and optimised consumption, all to the advantage of both the environment and the balance sheet.
