Sacmi uses the world wide web to improve its services even further

Sacmi is synonymous with ever-improving customer service: that a company with such a strong focus on development and innovation should have a cutting-edge Internet website should thus come as no surprise. Soon, at the coming edition of Tecnargilla, Sacmi will proudly be presenting its new on-line e-services. These recently developed Internet customer services allow customers to order spare parts, seek on-line assistance and effect payment by credit card. All our e-services feature reliable systems for maximum data and transaction security, with each customer being assigned his/her own username and password. The system also uses 128 bit SSL protocol and Verisign certification to guarantee secure transactions and data transfer.
