Sacmi technology at the service of Gardenia Orchidea

A Sacmi kiln is at the base of a new Bitech wall tile production line of the Spezzano based firm.

Gardenia Orchidea has taken a giant step forward in production thanks to Sacmi presses, driers and a double track kiln.  In fact, the production of an entirely new line by the renown ceramic company of Spezzano, in the province of Modena, is based on a special RKK 250 model kiln designed and developed by Sacmi engineers.  Just 82.95 meters long, the kiln is capable of reaching extremely high production rates with peaks of 7 thousand square meters of product per day regarding each of the two production lines, biscuit and glazed tiles.  New Sacmi patented solutions assure cooling system efficiency, which particular attention has been given to.   Lastly, another remarkable aspect to be underlined is the importance of the work cycle of the Sacmi ETP and ELS driers, that guarantees the best conditions to manufacturer supreme quality  products that Gardenia Orchidea offers the market.
