TKR2-600 SACMI

The outstanding results achieved in recent years by the wheel type cutter in the production of extruded flat floor tiles have prompted Sacmi to carry out a technological study of this system in order to optimise it for cutting variously shaped trim pieces, steps in particular. The TKR2-600 cutter has the following characteristics: - belt conveyor that follows the column of material and reads its speed by means of encoders - cutting carriage with two or more pairs of wheels to perform transversal cutting - movements by means of brushless type drives - longitudinal cut likewise carried out by means of cutting wheels so as to create rounded, fettle-free edges - ability to handle unfired sizes of width up to 660 mm without length limitations - no limitation in terms of minimum sizes Furthermore, the new cutter also has a wheel raising system, an innovative device for cutting pieces of various shape during the outward or return movement of the cutting carriage depending on the shape of the product.
