TVS doubles up with Sacmi

New automatic kitchenware forming line

The process starts with a stack of aluminium discs and ends with a perfectly formed article: in between comes a complex de-stacking procedure, a delicate oiling operation, alignment, introduction into the press, forming with differentiation of thickness and coining followed by subsequent transfer to the finishing stations.

These, then, are the main tasks carried out by the automated line to be supplied in June: the heart of that line will be a 5000-ton hydraulic press from the SACMI PHP series.

TVS is an Italian company with over forty years’ experience in the production of non-stick aluminium pots and pans. It exports 80% of output to over 60 countries, leads the way in terms of quality and is a key market player.

Once again it has renewed its partnership with Sacmi, itself a leading, top-quality provider of kitchenware pressing systems and a leading force in several other industries.
