The GA 2000 robot wins over Ceramics China

The robotic glazing system presented by Sacmi meets with huge success

A revolutionary glazing system that can improve the efficiency of glaze application methods and raise the standard of quality of the finished product - the GA 2000 provides all this. This robot was presented by Sacmi at the prestigious Ceramics China event held at Guangzhou in southern China between May 18th and 21st 2010. One of the most important trade fairs dedicated to the industrial ceramics field, the event is second only to Tecnargilla.

The public present at the event was able to see the robot on display and judge its benefits for themselves during a demonstration which involved the glazing of a ONE PIECE type WC. One of the practical advantages is that the robotic glazing system can be linked to the Mass Control system which controls the amount of glazing used. This brings excellent results in terms of productivity and use of raw materials and raises the percentage of first-rate results.

Thanks to this innovative system, Sacmi takes a further incisive step in the development of specific products and systems designed for the Chinese market. The production of the WC ONE PIECE, large items with complicated geometrical characteristics is particularly important.

Technologies are continually updated, plants are made ever more reliable, energy savings are made and the use of resources is constantly improved - these are still SACMI's main focus.
Thanks to the Nanhai factory, a precious direct contact point for the Chinese public, SACMI is able to offer a wide range of products and services directly to the client and can respond efficiently to requests for technical assistance from local industries.
