The new Sacmi CCM48S at China Brew&Beverage 2006:

48 moulds, output rates of 1200 caps per minute

Conceived and developed for the single-piece cap market, the CCM48s is the most competitive production solution for water, hot filling and CAF (cold aseptic filling) caps.
A cycle lasting just 2.4 seconds produces a complete moulding, something that is impossible with any other system available on the market.
Sacmi will be participating at the Beijing-held China Brew & Beverage 2006 from 5th to 9th September and shall be exhibiting the entire bottling product range offered by Sacmi Filling, Sacmi Labelling and Sacmi Imola; the latter will be exhibiting the ultra-fast CCM48s that can be seen at stand 3421 in Hall 3.
You’ll thus have an excellent opportunity to see it in action with your own eyes as it produces lightweight caps faster, consumes less energy and provides better dimensional quality - all at a lower price.
