A porcelain tile dry colouring plant

A porcelain tile dry colouring plant, capable of oxide-decorating up to 14 tons of spray-dried base product per hour. This latest system, to be installed at Ceramica Valverde, based in Castelnuovo Valsugana (TN), will complement and feed the two PH 2890 and PH 3590 presses (also supplied by Sacmi). The plant has been built according to strict porcelain tile production standards, which, in some cases, require the use of a vast range of coloured powders.
The core of the system consists of continuously rotating mixers: a series of paddles feed in the base product and bring it into contact with the inflowing colouring oxides by way of centrifugal pressure. The thus-mixed material is then ready for pressing.
This order includes the complete steel structure and the PLC-operated control panel.
