Another PH 3590 for Ceramica Sichenia

The partnership between Sacmi and the Sichenia Ceramic Group of Sassuolo continues. Based in Sassuolo and a specialist producer of full-body and glazed porcelain floor tiles, the company has now installed - at its production plant in Fiorano Modenese - a second Sacmi PH 3590 press to complete equipping of the department, which began in December.
Sacmi’s technicians together with the Sichenia Group also came up with a new lifting mechanism for the 3590-ton press to allow for in-line production compatible with the customer’s needs and know-how. The characteristics of the press with clearance of 1750 mm remains unchanged. Also adopted, once again at the request of the customer, were special solutions for the construction of the linear filler box (model 677/A).
