Binh Duong (Vietnam)

New production plant of Vieglacera group

Fifteen months after the signing of the relevant contract, assembly of the Binh Duong production line is now nearing completion. Based near Saigon and with an output capacity of 350,000 pieces/year, this plant is set to play a key role in the expansion plans of Viglacera, one of Vietnam’s biggest manufacturers of construction materials. Sacmi machines are used at every stage of the production process. More specifically, the order includes body and glaze preparation mills, machinery for the manufacture of plaster moulds, traditional medium pressure casting machines, glazing lines, driers and kilns. The order also includes mother-moulds for the production of production moulds. Plant start up is imminent, following closely behind the launch of Midland–Haivan, a plant of similar capacity.
