CHAMPION, where digital is always In.Te.Sa

Production of new COLORA HD to begin in May

The success of In.Te.Sa. S.p.A. and COLORA HD, the digital printer for the ceramic industry developed by this Sacmi Group company, has received yet another boost.

An agreement for the supply of a second COLORA HD has, in fact, just been signed with Taiwanese company Champion Building Material.

This order comes after the successful start-up of a first machine for the production of 300x600 and 600x600 mm porcelain tiles in the summer of 2010.
The new COLORA HD mod. 1406, expected to go into production in May 2012, will be able to produce tiles as large as 1200x1200 mm using six different colours.

The Champion group enjoys a solid reputation for excellence in the international ceramic manufacturing community. Founded in 1972, it now produces not just in the original Miaoli-based plants but also in two further facilities in China. Today, Champion has an important share of the Taiwanese market and also exports to numerous international markets such as the USA, Korea, Japan, Australia and Europe.

This latest agreement offers clear confirmation of both the trust and close collaboration between the Champion Group and In.Te.Sa and the outstanding level of reliability that has been reached by this Sacmi Group company’s digital systems.
