The new GA2000 Robot is installed on the shower tray glazing line alongside another previously purchased GA2000. Its outstanding reliability, which GSI has already experienced first-hand, meant that this latest investment decision was an easy one to take.
The specifications of the robot, equipped with integrated mass control and new GDA80 spray guns, are crucial to the quality of the glazing process. All settings are incorporated directly inside the GA2000 software, providing full control over the parameters dedicated to each individual programme.
