Ceramika Konskie - Poland

New biscuit production plant

The new biscuit production plant belonging to the KONSKIE Group and CER-ROL is currently going through start-up procedures. This plant, which uses cutting-edge SACMI technology, features a continuous grinding and spray-drying department and a high-output (about 3 million m² per year) biscuit pressing, drying and firing line. This investment is of great strategic importance both to the KONSKIE Group and CER-ROL and other double-firing wall tile producers in that it reduces these ceramic companies’ dependence on Italian biscuit manufacturers. With this investment the KONSKIE Group and CER-ROL confirm their role as true leaders on the Polish wall tile market.
