Ceramika Paradyz invests in SACMI pressing

Two new lines started up at plants in Tomaszow Mazowiecki (Poland)

A major new order was recently installed and tested by SACMI at the Paradyz Group’s plant 1 in Tomaszow Mazowiecki: a pressing and drying line for porcelain large-format tiles consisting of a high tonnage PH7500 press and an EVA784 vertical dryer, installed alongside a similar line started up just a few years ago. Eager to implement modern, reliable solutions, the management at Paradyz decided to draw on Sacmi’s expertise not just by purchasing the main machines, equipped with energy saving devices, but also the moulds, made by SACMI Molds&Dies, that use a multi-format base system.

In the nearby Paradyz plant in Milenjina Street, a further pressing line, consisting of a PH5000L press and an upgrade to the existing EVA793 dryer, was started up successfully at the end of 2014; this was needed to meet the growing demand for larger porcelain tiles. As before, it was a ‘twin’ plant to complement the existing one, evident confirmation of just how satisfied the customer is with SACMI machines and a further step forwards for a partnership that continues to produce outstanding mutual rewards.

Both investments were installed and started up with the assistance of local technicians from SACMI Polska, a Group company founded in 2002 in Tomaszow Mazowiecki itself. Serving Poland and surrounding areas, SACMI Polska has an excellent stock of spare parts and a skilled team of technicians capable of providing assistance to all key ceramic factory departments.
