Digital decoration, Intesa leader on the Iranian market

Sacmi Group company takes centre-stage at Cerafair 2014 with the latest improvements to the COLORA series

The Iranian market’s leading supplier of digital printers, Intesa, together with Sacmi Iran, will be taking part in Cerafair 2014, the country’s most important ceramic-sanitaryware fair, to be held in Teheran from 22 to 25 June 2014. Having grown rapidly in recent years, the Iranian market is a strategic one for technology providers: competitiveness is depending more and more on the quality of the solutions and, therefore, on the potential for local producers to broaden their horizons to foreign markets.

It is against this backdrop, then, that Intesa plays a pivotal role as supplier of the over 50 machines in the COLORA series, which includes the latest addition to the range, the all-new COLORA HD Black 708 digital printer. The solution’s strong point? Great design features, ranging from a patented ink feed control system to special software that ensures complete cleanliness and protection of the print area, thus minimising maintenance requirements. Moreover, the new COLORA HD Black 708 also has several important new technical features, such as the possibility of installing up to 8 colour bars using the innovative “Idra” ink feed system.

The perfect solution, then, for the perfect response to the digital decoration needs of the ceramic industry, especially on the ever-more competitive, quality-conscious Iranian market.

Already the industry leader, Intesa has chosen to establish even closer customer ties by setting up an INTESA SERVICE CENTRE in Iran. This will allow (thanks to an efficient spare parts service and properly trained local technicians) to provide comprehensive assistance on the after-sales front too.
