Espresso Rooftile, technology for “Fast” roof tiles

On-roller drying and firing in record time Ultra-compact and maximum quality

Sacmi-built technology that cuts roof tile / extruded item production times and reduces the amount of space normally required for installation of classic driers and tunnel kilns. The name? Espresso Rooftile – a system of patented roller kilns and driers specially designed to fire roof tiles (extruded and re-pressed using traditional methods) and dry them fast!
This exceptional system features advanced technology based on uniform ventilation of all product surfaces and step adjustment of on-roller drying stages. Thanks to uniform ventilation, the problems of breakage, alteration and heterogeneity that were so common on old systems, which used lateral ventilation of racked material, have now been eliminated altogether. As regards firing, the over 1500 roller kilns installed all over the world clearly demonstrate that customers see this machine as a high-return investment: each of these turnkey plants is made-to-measure so as to meet customer needs to perfection.
