Everes, anti-aging treatment for resin moulds

Keramin chooses Sacmi-patented mould regeneration treatment

Keramin has decided to go ahead with the regeneration of a series of resin moulds, thus ensuring they will be restored to optimal working performance. This, then, is the purpose of the agreement signed by Sacmi Whiteware and Keramin, a company based in Minsk (Byelorussia) that is one of the key sanitaryware, wall/floor tile and trim manufacturers for the Russian Federation market.

This innovative Sacmi Whiteware-patented procedure goes by the name of Everes: the moulds, after being used for a few years – that is, when they have done more than 80,000 castings – are sent to Sacmi, where they are regenerated by cleaning the resin pores. The latter are freed from any clogging or obstruction, thus cancelling the signs of time.

Resin mould “anti-aging” treatment is available to all customers of Sacmi, the only company in the world to provide a service of this kind. Key advantages – as confirmed by Keramin, which has tested the system successfully – include lower production costs for articles cast at high pressure, plus long-lasting maintenance of the high qualitative standards associated with resin moulds.
