Gaiotto presents the GA2010 - a new glazing robot

Suitable for Vitreous China glazing

Thanks to its reduced operational area, the new Gaiotto GA2010 Robot has an improved design compared to former models by being lighter and more efficient.

Considered the natural development of the existing GA2000, the Robot is much more compact (800 mm shoulder and 1200 mm arm dimension) and has an overall working range of 1900 mm.

Having been specifically studied to meet the requirements of glazing work, the GA2010 Robot  is particularly suited to the production of Vitreous China and it functions perfectly with the instruments that have been created by Gaiotto over the years, such as the 4- or 2-position carousels.

The new dimensions of the GA2010 have made it possible to use smaller sized reversible gearmotors, which contributes to the reduction in weight and brings considerable energy savings.

Another new feature is the integration into the Robot's control panel of a flow control device with global scope. This means that a single interface (the Robot joystick) contains all the information about the Robot as well as its glazing flow management and control.

This is certainly a notable achievement in view of simplified functioning of these instruments in order to guarantee reliability, accuracy and functionality.
