New robotised glazing booths: more automation, more employment
Gaiotto Automation, a Sacmi Group company specialising in the production of glazing and painting plants for several industries, has presented new high-automation robotised sanitaryware glazing booths at Civita Castellana. In the midst of a difficult economic situation that is hitting the sanitaryware industry hard, especially the Civita Castellana area, Gaiotto is offering a real opportunity to regain competitiveness at both national and international level.
Sacmi and Gaiotto are therefore proposing systems that reduce costs and enhance efficiency in order to meet the requirements of customers demanding ever-greater quality and more personalised products, the aim being to strengthen their role as cutting-edge integrated services and solutions providers.

Not surprisingly, then, water is a key issue in Europe-based sanitaryware production because of the focus on environmental impact and the cost of both supplying and disposing of water (and future legislation is likely to make it even more of an issue).
