Heavy clay, Sacmi focuses on the Russian market

The Sacmi Group is on a mission to the Mosbuild fair in Moscow to present its integrated/turnkey plant range, now even more comprehensive following the takeover of Cosmec in 2014

Machines and complete plants for the heavy clay industry, a sector into which the Sacmi Group has channelled considerable resources in recent years, with a strong focus on technological innovation and the strengthening of its position on the most dynamic markets. These include, naturally, Russia, which will be hosting, in Moscow, the key Mosbuild fair from 14th to 17th April 2015.

Sacmi will, on a 60 m2 stand (Pavilion 6, hall 2, stand n° L101), be displaying its excellent range of machines, plants and technology. This range was completed in 2013 following major investments in kiln and dryer technology upgrades and was further strengthened in 2014 following the takeover of Cosmec, a long-standing Vicenza-based company specialising in the manufacture of clay processing machines/plants and the design of automated brick handling solutions: these have proved to be highly popular on the Russian and North African markets. Even more added value has come from teamwork with Bongioanni Macchine, experts in body preparation and extrusion and Sacmi’s partners on numerous international Heavy Clay manufacturing projects.

Another factor that makes the difference for Sacmi is the strategic partnership with representative firm Inkeram, highly experienced on both the Russian market and in all neighbouring countries (from Belarus to Kazakhstan); they’ve provided Sacmi with close support on this strategic market since 2008 and will, of course, be at Mosbuild together with the three companies.
