Leading manufacturer in the ceramic rollers market, Keratech, part of the Sacmi and Colorobbia Bitossi Groups, launched a revolutionary fully automatic production line on Tuesday May 3 which will allow its production capacity to be doubled.
The plants, designed and constructed in collaboration with companies of the Sacmi group, include an innovative Riedhammer kiln. This one-of-a-kind kiln allows the loading capacity to be doubled, keeping consumption practically unchanged and rollers higher than six meters to be produced which was unimaginable just a few years ago!
Gaiotto has designed and developed a fully robotized line to handle these rollers which drastically reduces the cycles and running costs.

After the President of Confindustria Ceramica Franco Manfredini cut the ribbon, managers of Keratech accompanied the guests, members of the Executive Board of Confindustria Ceramica and Entrepreneurs of the Sassuolo ceramic district along with local authorities on a tour of the various roller production lines.
