New After Sales Manager

Customer Technical Assistance and Spare Parts services to receive new coordinator.

The Ceramics Division, as part of a continuous drive towards enhancing the synergy of its customer after-sales services, has created a new position so as to coordinate the Customer Technical Assistance and Spare Parts services.

The position of After-Sales manager was recently assigned to Vittorio Romiti, who is also acting Spare Parts Sales manager, following Filiberto Ferrari’s retirement.

We take this opportunity, then, to wish Filiberto Ferrari a fond farewell and extend our thanks to him for having made a significant contribution to the company during his many years of outstanding service.
