PARADYZ (Poland): small-size tile plant

New technological line for the production of small (100x100 mm) stoneware tiles

The PARADYZ Group, together with Opoczno S.A., is a clear-cut leader on the Polish tile market and continues to grow and expand its product range. Following the huge success of the TOMASZOW plant, which involved important technological and plant engineering collaboration between PARADYZ and SACMI for the production of porcelained stoneware, the co-operation continues in Nordbud with a new SACMI-supplied line for the production of small-size porcelained stoneware tiles; this line was successfully launched at the start of February 2001. The Group, with its three industrial plants of Nordbud, Wielka Wola and Tomaszow M, is now set to break the 15 million m²/year barrier.
