Peru gets its first robotized heavy clay plant…. from Sacmi

Key order for Ladrillos Lark, one of the country’s most dynamic, advanced companies

An emerging economy where demand for technologically advanced manufacturing solutions capable of making the difference on a market that is ever-more competitive and attentive to quality: this is Peru, where Sacmi Heavy Clay has reached a sales agreement with Ladrillos Lark, one of the country’s most dynamic, technologically advanced building brick and block companies.

This order, currently being delivered, consists of an automatic line equipped with a robot that unloads the dry product and stacks it on kiln cars. This system will be installed at the Chiclayo output facility, the very first plant in this South American country to use a robot. A farsighted choice, then, that will allow Ladrillos Lark to perform well on the internal market and take a leadership position with a major competitive advantage in terms of quality and manufacturing efficiency.
