Porcelain tiles mark Grespania’s second-stage expansion

Growing Spanish company once again chooses Sacmi as its supplier

The Grespania ceramic company has now completed its industrial development plan for increased porcelain tile production. The project focussed on the Castellòn plant where, in May, a new production line was installed and started up. Once again the company decided to rely on Sacmi’s vast wealth of experience, ordering two PH6200 presses with two EVA 984 vertical drier, an ELS 1/3 tunnel drier and a  FMP kiln with a 2850 mm wide infeed.

This new machine pool will complement the one purchased from Sacmi some three years ago when the first stage of the production plant was completed; this featured three PH-4900 press lines, an EVA 983 vertical drier, an ELS 1/3 tunnel drier and a FMP 2670  kiln. Thanks to this latest investment Grespania – a company well placed on the Spanish market, with various production lines located around the cities of Castellòn, Nules and Moncòfar – is now ready to produce large porcelain tiles even more competitively and efficiently.
