Two years after its set-up the Sacmi Group Call Center has more than proven its worth as a valuable customer service tool capable of resolving IT, mechanical and technological-production problems.
Launched in March 2004, the telephone help desk – active 365 days a year in Italian, English, French and Spanish – guarantees immediate registration of requests for assistance and their transfer to a technician in as short a time as possible.
Access to the service, the first of its kind in the ceramic industry, can be gained not only via phone, but also via e-mail (helpcer@sacmi.it) or on the web via eSupport (www.e-support.sacmi.com), the digital info system on the Group’s internet site: this special section of the Sacmi portal allows registered customers to browse answers to the FAQs (frequently asked questions) and consult technical documents regarding their current or past on-line requests.
Any Tile division customer can use this innovative service, which has succeeded in boosting further the standards that have made Sacmi the world-leading supplier of machines and plants to the ceramic industry.
