Sacmi Group at Tecnargilla 2006

At Hall B1 on show the Group novelties

Sacmi will be present at Tecnargilla 2006 in a tailor-made dress suitable to represent its position of world leader for the production of ceramics machinery and technology.
In a 5000 square meter area, the Group will exhibit the best production of its trade marks: Sacmi, Sacmi Molds & Dies, Kemac, Keratech and Laeis for the Ceramics & Tiles Division, Sacmi Whiteware, Niv, Gaiotto Automation, Sama and Riedhammer for the Sanitary and Tableware Division and last the recently born Heavy Clay Division (extruded products).
Among the many new machines, particularly noteworthy are:
• The Continua production line (working) for slabs and ceramic granito tiles of any size and thickness, personalized on the surface and in the mass, having an output comparable to the one of plain-colour traditional products. The line will be completed by a PH 5000 press, founder of the "IMOLA" new generation models, completely renewed in the design and technically advanced.
• For the sanitary ware, the completely automated Black-Tulip plant, that is the latest innovation for the one-piece production.
The Heavy Clay Division will present a prefabricated refractory-made tunnel kiln, proof of the perfect integration within the Group between the cutting-edge technologies and the traditional ones.
In the tiles field, it is worth mentioning the new isostatic punches range presented by Sacmi Molds & Dies, the brand-new double-channel roller kiln dressed in an innovative fascinating design hiding remarkable technical innovations, the Master/Global sorting line equipped with Brain software, Everypack automatic wrapping machine and Quick palletizer.
A further intereresting machine on show is the PHR 2006 refractory press, designed with the aim to increase the movable parts speed performances and the extracting force, keeping unchanged the technological working conditions of the Sacmi models.
