Supplied to KAHLA Thüringen Porzellan Co. the new MONO 10 T

Specially designed machine for dip glazing

SAMA Maschinenbau GmbH, company of the SACMI Group, leader for tableware production machinery,  supplies a specially designed automatic dip glazing machine type MONO 10 T to KAHLA Thüringen Porzellan GmbH.

This machine is suitable for the glazing of rim glazed cups and cups with glaze-free rim to be fired.

The complete system includes the following accessories:
  • dedusting cabin with feeding section;
  • bottom stamping via pad printing procedure in the feeding section;
  • swinging and turning process with integrated vertical stroke to optimise the glazing process;
  • 180° turning device to either sponge the rim or the foot at the twin type article unloading belt;
  • glue belt for cups with glaze-free rim;

The start up of the glazing machine, including all features, took place at the beginning of 2009 and is working to the full satisfaction of the client in terms of both production quality and quantity.
