Teskol Seramik boosts quality thanks to Gaiotto technology

Sacmi playing pivotal role in development of the Turkish sanitaryware industry

Teskol Seramik, the sanitaryware manufacturer that has, since 2012, marketed its products under the Newarc brand, has given Sacmi with the key task of modernising its production facility in the Tekirdag province and boosting finished product quality.

Production, in fact, is now under way with a new glazing line by Gaiotto: consisting of an 8-axis GA2000 glazing robot installed on a 4-position turret, the line has an output rate of over 1000 Vitreous China pieces a day.

The GA2000 robot is a perfect, extremely versatile ceramic glazing solution: widely used by major sanitaryware manufacturers, it is reliable, precise and efficient, especially when – as is the case here – it is used in combination with the integrated Mass Control system which regulates glaze delivery.

The Newarc Group, to which Teskol Seramik belongs, is one of Turkey’s leading manufacturers of taps, fittings and bathroom accessories in general.
